HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

2. Use our social media accounts. All our handles (Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). Send us a message and we will help you place your order. Check the links to our accounts on the homepage and contact us pages.
3. Order directly from the website using the MPesa payment link. Remember to forward your message after payment so that we can call to confirm your order and delivery details.
ORDER MATURITY
An order becomes active once you’ve received your order notification with the specific order number.
All our orders are fulfilled within 48 hours maximum in Nairobi and 72 hours outside Nairobi. Always check for order maturity info on all products.
Incase of unfulfilled orders we will communicate accordingly and award you a shopping voucher of the same ammount including the delivery charges that were incurred. You can shop using that and won’t incur any more delivery charges.
